Job Description

The Role

Is valuable to the key infrastructure of the Key Accounts Portfolio of Clients. As a global leader we have a number of National and Global key accounts who need to be developed, engaged with and managed.

  • Working with an existing portfolio of clients you will be responsible for engaging with key decision makers and stakeholders to develop new opportunities within the account.
  • You will be responsible for developing new business within your current portfolio and maintaining the current relationships and status quo
  • You will need to strategically map your client so you can ensure you have a full understanding of their needs and requirements
  • You will work close with our Recruitment Delivery team to ensure they have a full understanding of our clients requirements so they can deliver the highest quality candidates and service to the accounts
  • You work side by side the Candidate Engagement team to maximise our candidates experience with both our organisation and our client
  • Work across brands within these accounts to maximise results
  • Deliver to client expectations across the ManpowerGroup

 Your Background

In order to be considered for this exciting role you should have:

  • Demonstrated Key Account Management experience
  • Ability to deep dive into a clients ecosystem to fully understand their environment and needs
  • Demonstrated recruitment or technology sales experience
  • Sales and client relationship management experience
  • Demonstrated communications & presentation skills
  • Demonstrated relationship building skills
  • Strong Commercial acumen, diligent work ethic
  • Diligent admin and ability to manage CRM systems and keep up to date
  • Intermediate MS Excel & Word skills to support reporting requirements
  • A sense of humour and desire to have fun at work while striving for outcomes and success!
