  • The opportunity:

    As a Senior Beauty Advisor (3IC) , youll support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in leading the team in a fast-paced and exciting retail environment to deliver an unbeatable client experience.

    You’ll also play a key role in:

  • Driving a selling culture within your team to meet KPIs and promote Sephoras values and motivate the team
  • To utilise and exploit data to support with operational decisions by working closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
  • Consistently raise performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talent
  • Implement a continuous improvement mentality within the team and work in partnership with the wider team.
  • Serving as the point of contact for client and cast member matters to deliver first class customer service within a fast-paced environment and confidently make store decisions.
  • Get ready to think creatively, work strategically, and make your mark at a leading global retailer.

  • Creating Amazing Customer Experience. Support your team to provide clients with meaningful in-store experiences that build brand loyalty through promoting positive behaviours to elevate client experience.
  • Managing Day-to-Day Store Operations. Drive operational initiatives including brand events, training, and supporting visual merchandising changes to ensure the store represents the Sephora brand and culture.
  • Developing Sales and Budget Strategies. Assist in managing the profit and loss for your store including monitoring stock levels to maximise sales and profitably and identify, analyse, and forecast sales or issues.
  • Enhancing Our Culture. Maintain a strong and positive culture where everyone is valued, recognized, and enabled to succeed through feedback and career development, coaching, learning, and recognition.
