The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Junior Warehouse Coordinator to join our team based in Balcatta.

This role is suited to an individual looking for a career path, where our supportive team will help you learn on the job, whilst Fugro covers the cost for you to complete a Certificate 4 in Warehousing.

Your duties will include:

Inspection and acceptance of all goods (new, hire and returned) delivered to the warehouse.

Ensuring all required materials / equipment is stored and placed into the correct location and recorded appropriately.

Consolidation and packaging of all project procured material and equipment.

Manifesting of Project/Operations related goods.

Support the coordination of material movements and logistics to support internal Projects/Operations Teams.

Forklift Operations: loading, unloading and movement of goods.

Assisting in resolving delivery disputes (liaison with purchasing team) and general warehouse related issues.

Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse facility.

About You

Your success in securing this role will require:

Forklift ticket and experience using a forklift

Some experience working in a warehousing environment

A team player who is open minded to learning the Fugro processes

Problem-solving abilities with a positive, can do attitude

Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
