The Role

The HR Manager will need to be knowledgeable on the full employee lifecycle and will:

• Manage Employee Relations and support and guide managers with queries and issues
• Support with and advise on performance management
• Coach and guide leaders on best practice HR
• Partner with key stakeholders on HR initiatives
• Provide insightful HR data and analytics
• Advise on internal policies and procedures
• Support with HR projects and ad-hoc tasks

The Individual

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a HRBP or HR Manager role and will have sound experience in the business partnering space, collaborating effectively with Senior Management. Knowledge and experience working across the full employee lifecycle is essential. Experience within a similar industry will be beneficial.
