    We have brand new openings for Clinical Research Associates (Site Managers) to join our Global Clinical Operations (GCO) team. From research to real-life situations, Janssen has a long track record for developing innovative medicines that save lives and improve the quality of life for many Australians. Our GCO team is a center of excellence within Janssen (the pharmaceutical division of Johnson & Johnson), responsible for clinical trials and other data generation activities to support R&D and Medical Affairs research. The GCO team manage and coordinate phase I-IV trials.

    What you’ll do:

    Our current area of focus is Oncology/Haematology, Infectious Diseases & Vaccines, Immunology, Cardiovascular Disease, and Neurosciences. In GCO, the Site Manager/CRA is the sponsor’s interface with the investigative site and a member of the local study management team. The Site Manager/CRA covers all aspects of site management from pre-trial assessments through to database locks and close out activities. This is a full-time, permanent role and can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth or Adelaide.

    Qualifications

    Who you are:

  • Degree in Science, Nursing or Life Sciences.
  • Demonstrated success as a CRA.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of company SOPs, local laws and regulations and assigned protocols.
  • Strong knowledge of GCP and local regulatory guidelines and a medical, paramedical or life sciences tertiary qualification will be essential.
  • Proficient in using appropriate IT software applications and company systems.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • This role requires someone with strong communication skills and customer focus. As an exceptional team player, you will liaise and build strong working relationships with internal and external customers, support the implementation of new systems/processes and ensure the smooth running of our projects at your assigned trials sites. In addition, we look for the following attributes in our team – Collaboration, learning agility, resilience, change management, agile approach.
