About the Role… 

Our Community Services teams provide a range of engaging and creative programs, activities and supports to connect with people within the community.

As the PA/Team Assistant Community Services, you will report directly to the Senior Manager – Community Services and provide administrative supports to ensure the success of service delivery.

This will include:

  • Managing correspondence, prioritisation of meetings and tasks to facilitate smooth operations of the Senior Manager
  • Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and managing records
  • Assisting internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, mail and other communication platforms
  • Preparing presentations and undertaking project work
  • Working in close collaboration with the wider team to ensure that requests, enquiries, and tasks are actioned in a timely manner

This role will also work closely with the wider Community Services teams, including Community Inclusion, Community Development and Creative Cultural Development.

While qualifications in Business or Administration are desirable, we welcome applicants with a minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in a similar role.
