Industry Recruiter – Jobs Victoria

About the role:

The Industry Recruiter is responsible for coordinating end to end recruitment processes for eligible Jobs Victoria students to meet the Jobs Victoria project outcomes. The Recruiter engages industry partners who are seeking job-ready trainees and work with relevant BHI teams in developing strategies to ensure the accurate and timely matching of suitable Job Victoria participants to the right employment opportunity.

The Industry Recruiter provides a range of information, coaching and advice on career planning and interview skills development, ensuring clients have access to the resources needed to gain employment and have the skills to make appropriate career and employment choices.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

Qualifications

– A tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or relevant field of study is preferred or equivalent experience in a related sector.

Expertise Requirements

– Employment Service Delivery: Demonstrated extensive experience in and knowledge of job placement and/or employment services and an awareness of employment assessment tools and methodologies.
– Industry Engagement: Ability to engage and collaborate with industry partners to build a bank of employment opportunities for Jobs Victoria’s participants
– Consultancy: Demonstrated ability to clarify needs and expectations of clients, develop practical solutions using a range of information sources and respond to client needs.
