The team is highly regarded within MinRes; working together in close partnership with hiring leaders to source the best people to meet our current and future business needs.
The roles we work on span the complete breadth of the business; from engineers to operators and fitters to analysts, and everything in between. The pace is quick; relationship management is critical; crystal clear communication and candidate care are a must.
Where do you come in?
As an experienced Recruitment Leader, you will report directly to the Recruitment Manager and be accountable for setting strategy and direction for your team to meet the challenges of the business growth and challenging labour market for our construction business.
We are embarking on a new $2.4BN Pit to Port project in the Pilbara which will encompass a new Port, Stockyards, 150KM of roads, New Dry Process Plant and extensive NPI works including our 2 impressive new resort camps at the Port & Mine.
