Role: SAP HR / Force Element (FE) Consultant (HRC)

Contract duration: 12 months
Extension Term: 12 months
Number of Extensions: 2

Our large Federal Government Client are seeking for an experienced SAP HR / Force element (FE) Consultant to support the core business continuity, business readiness, and Planning & Operations functions associated with a large transformation program.

Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Proactively communicate with and collaborate with the department team and internal stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of the department solution adoption and ensure alignment with internal requirements as needed.
  • Ensure readiness for the department is met with high levels of confidence and that business continuity is maintained in respect to Force Element and information / data flows to inform Operations and Exercises.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to advise on solution design, support and potential risks to business continuity for operations and exercises.
  • Ability to utilise and apply best practices on projects appropriately tailored for planning and operations. Relevant knowledge in this space will be highly regarded.
  • Actively participate in various project activities such as solution design, implementation planning and fit analysis in collaboration with the program stakeholders and the Groups and Services.
  • Prioritise workloads bringing confidence to the Exec that business readiness and business continuity for operations and exercises is maintained throughout the release cycles.
  • Very good communication and presentation skills are Mandatory.

Please note, due to the nature of the work Australian Citizenship and an active NV1 clearance (NV2 clearance preferred) is mandatory
