As a Manager you advise clients on IT solution design and cloud-based software engineering, with hands-on programming and engineering manager skills to lead hybrid digital / generalist consulting teams.

Nous is increasingly doing projects with an information technology element as part of a broader strategy, organisational design, or implementation advisory engagement, or, digital strategy and advisory projects that require practical IT experience combined with general consulting skills. 

You are:

And the practical experience:

• 5+ years work experience in a professional environment

• strong analytical skills and the capacity to interpret and translate qualitative and quantitative data

• the capability to think, articulate and write logically to communicate complex digital and technical concepts to non-technical and executive audiences

• strong problem-solving ability applied in a structured way, with an understanding of digital frameworks and investment processes

• knowledge of at least one general-purpose programming language (python, C#, JavaScript preferred). 

• understanding of digital delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum or Lean (some level of certification preferred)
