About the role

In joining our Customer Strategy & Applied Design consultancy as Graduate, you’ll be sure to grow and develop your skills as you work alongside industry experts. From blending strategic development and digital design using data, human-centred design methods and prototyping, to understanding a client’s business model and how to create winning advantage, no two days at Deloitte Digital are the same. Our Customer Strategy & Design team is comprised of four innovative market offerings: Content Our Content team builds experiences that create a consistent feeling, influence, or action… because content with no purpose, is clutter. Content is more than marketing, it is transactions, interactions, entertainment, and information, and it’s an integral piece of strong customer and employee experience design. Our approach is a blend of strategy, operations, and design, leading to the delivery of valued client solutions. Customer Strategy Our Customer Strategists helps clients make a set of choices which define their ambition, focus, value proposition, capabilities and initiatives to set them up for success, empowering them to achieve their corporate ambition and drive customer outcomes. Our offering spans from helping clients grow through defining the vision, to discovering the current ways of working, designing the ideal future state and determine what is required to achieve and deliver a leading, innovative and human-centred customer experience. Experience Design Our Experience Designers help clients define and design how an experience unfolds over time by leveraging human-centred design and strategic thinking. By considering the end-to-end journey from the perspective of the customer and business, we’re able to improve the interaction between service provider and its customers – to ultimately increase the value of the service or product. User Experience (UX) We imagine and build digital products, and help navigate design from vision to go-live using conceptual design, user research, experience mapping, prototyping and emerging tech. We’re also one of Australia’s largest UX teams so are shaping the Australia’s next generation of digital experiences. Our user experience team helps take ideas to execution using a nimble and agile approach to help quickly understand the impact of a new product or optimise existing services. We take an iterative approach to designing our experiences and test with real users during the process to produce products that are both feasible and lovable. We are passionate about creating a graduate experience that is tailored to your unique interests and skills.
