The School has a commitment to developing strong partnerships locally, nationally, and internationally through its collaboration with health professions, industry and the broader community.We are seeking to recruit a self-motivated and well organised person who is practical and flexible to join our team as a Nursing Technician. As a Nursing Technician, you will be responsible for providing support to meet all technical requirements for practical sessions and nursing related simulation.You will be required to apply your clinical/and or technical experience and expertise in the use and maintenance of clinical and simulation equipment to create a realistic simulated learning environment for the simulated wards. Experience in operating and maintaining high and low fidelity mannequins is desirable but not essential.You will have a minimum qualification as an Enrolled Nurse, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment and have good time management and communication skills, as well as a commitment to WHS regulations. Recent clinical experience would be preferred but is not mandatory.The Nursing technician team is dedicated to the delivery of high-quality education and student support.
