The role:

 

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Laboratory Assistant to join the team at Northern Health in the Microbiology / Molecular Department.

 

The role is a Fixed Term Full Time, Maternity Leave position but a job share would be considered if appropriate candidates were to apply. 

 

To be successful in this role you will have:

 

  • Experience and good working knowledge of processing samples for microbiological analysis
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to use laboratory instrumentation
  • Must be prepared to work some weekends and evening shifts (till 23.30)
