    The Role: 

    We are currently looking for our newest Room Attendant to join our diverse team! Your new role will report directly to the Housekeeping Manager and will see you responsible for the cleanliness and delivering the standards of the Hotel to our guests and the public. This position best suits someone that is energetic, with a strong eye for detail and the passion for customer excellence all rolled in one.

    To be successful in this role:

  • Previous experience working in the Housekeeping department in a hotel setting would be ideal, but we can teach you
  • A can do attitude with a passion for customer excellence 
  • Be able to work within the company core values of: Be There, Play, Make Their Day, Choose Your Attitude 
  • Detailed-oriented 
  • Demonstrated capability of working within a designated time-frame 
  • Demonstrated understanding of chemical handling and workplace health and safety 
  • The willingness to be flexible with duties and responsibilities within a diverse department
  • Pride in personal grooming and presentation 
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment in working as a part of a team and independently
  • The willingness to work in a rotating, seven-day roster including: weekdays, weekends, public holidays
  • Must have reliable transport 
  • Australian working rights with the ability to work across a varied roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
