Role Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and attending to customers queries.
• Data entry and processing of sales orders. 
• Managing front-end communication with clients.
• Handling office administrative duties.
• Working closely with other teams in the business to fulfil customers’ requirements.

Skills and requirements:

• Good data entry skills
• Attention to detail
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Word/Outlook)
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to multi-task
