Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant you will:

  • Develop client relationships through calls and meetings
  • Drive new revenue opportunities through business development
  • Generate assignments and match client needs with appropriate candidates & strategic recruitment solutions
  • Interview candidates using behavioural based interviewing techniques
  • Complete recruitment assignments and manage fee/price negotiations
  • Source, sell and place candidates successfully in line with client expectations

The Successful Applicant

You will have:

  • A track record of success in commercial / agency recruitment, sales, or business development
  • Ability or potential to market complex solution-based products (people) to clients
  • Tenacity and a natural drive for engaging with customers and building relationships
  • Ability to work with pace whilst maintaining a consistently high quality of service
