    The Human Resources Team

    Dimensional’s Human Resources department drives organizational success by recruiting and cultivating a high-performing, highly engaged workforce. HR serves as a strategic commercial partner across all departments to drive business results. The Global Recruiting team focuses on building pipelines of talent and casting a wide net to attract a diverse array of candidates from students through executive level talent with a keen focus on an efficient and effective process that provides a positive experience for the hiring manager and candidate alike.

    Reporting to the Head of Recruiting in the US and the Head of International HR locally, the Senior Recruiter manages all recruitment for Dimensional across the Asia-Pacific region (Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore, Hong Kong and Tokyo). The role will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer negotiation and close, and will hire talent for positions across all levels and departments. The incumbent will engage in consultative conversations with the business to optimise their hiring strategy and will work towards developing new hiring solutions for the team.

    Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with hiring managers at all levels within the firm; thoroughly understand needs and priorities and translate these into practical and creative full life-cycle recruiting plans and processes
  • Independently own and run a high-touch recruiting process that focuses on efficiency, scalability and the candidate experience
  • Build knowledge of competitor institutions and use market data and intelligence to inform hiring decisions
  • Serve as brand ambassador for firm in the marketplace; utilize LinkedIn and CRM to engage a diverse community of talent and position Dimensional as an employer of choice.
  • Identify and recommend creative solutions for the sourcing of specialized and niche talent across the region
  • Develop solutions to recruiting related needs within the businesses (e.g. interview training) to enhance the overall organization’s ability to identify and assess talent, build a strong candidate pipeline and improve the candidate experience
  • Maintain relationships with external placement agencies that are most beneficial to the organization
  • Support special projects and initiatives across the regional HR team on an ad hoc basis
  • Skills & Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of relevant recruitment experience across multiple skill levels and disciplines; experience in Asset Management or Financial Services strongly preferred
  • Unwavering commitment and pride in delivering an impeccable client experience to hiring managers and candidates
  • Demonstrated success in working with hiring managers and other stakeholders to execute a high touch, inclusive and efficient hiring process
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills; ability to interact with all levels of employees, candidates and prospects in building relationships and negotiating complex offers
  • Ability to operate and prioritize in a fast-moving & demanding environment and deal with complex situations
  • Strong analytical mindset and passion for using data to inform business decisions
  • Knowledge of HR policies, laws and regulations in Asia-Pacific; ability to maintain confidentiality and data accuracy when handling candidate information
