We are seeking a  Digital Solutions Specialist  to contribute to our overall purpose of helping our members achieve a quality retirement. We do this by responsibly managing their retirement savings, delivering strong long-term investment returns and offering relevant support so they can make informed decisions.

About the role
Reporting to the Senior Program Manager – Digital, you will work within a close-knit Digital team alongside our Communications, Product and Strategy teams on a range of digital initiatives. The nature of the role suits a person who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues to find member-centric solutions and who can juggle a variety of tasks with tight deadlines and fluid priorities.

In this role, you will:

  • Investigate member experience issues for Member Online, our secure online portal which helps members check and manage their super account securely
  • Brief in changes to resolve member experience issues to the relevant third-party providers
  • Liaise with GESB stakeholders and third-party providers on resolution of issues
  • Undertake User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on Member Online enhancements
  • Prepare release notes to advise stakeholders of items included in the Member Online and digital project development sprints
  • Assist with review of wireframes and functional specifications for functionality enhancements and manage sign off processes
  • Provide project admin support (prepare agendas and meeting minutes etc)
  • Set up and review analytics and prepare reports for GESB stakeholders (including Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Hotjar or similar)
  • Monitor usage of third-party identity management tool (Okta solution) and API consumption
  • Work with the Digital team around content updates to our Member Online site in line with GESB’s brand, style and language guidelines
  • Work with the Communications team to create content for new functionality rolled out to Member Online, and input this into the content management system
  • Ensure accessibility guidelines are followed with the implementation of Member Online enhancements

  • Minimum four years’ experience in working within digital marketing/website content creation

  • Well developed analytics skills (Google Analytics, Looker Studio and Hotjar or similar)
  • Familiarity with Okta admin console and browser developer tools (desirable)
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (desirable)
