Job Description

Key duties include but not limited to;

  • Front of house Reception duties
  • Maintenance of office and boardrooms
  • Booking of all staff events and functions
  • Project managing events the business holds for it’s external stakeholders – checking venues/getting quotes
  • Provide support to Executives and extended team members on administration needs when needed
  • Maintain the CRM systems and ensure all information is up to date
  • Logging all relevant information onto the system
  • Responding to emails
  • Management and maintaining office inventory
  • Data entry and support with admin tasks across the teams
  • Taking calls and assisting with questions and queries
  • Coordination of travel arrangements/bookings

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience as an Office Administrator, Receptionist or within an admin internship seeking your next step!
  • Experience working to deadlines and at times fast paced environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Enjoy having several administration/coordination processes on the go at any one time
  • Experience with MS Suites including excel
  • Experience with other CRM platforms
  • Forward thinker with a high level of attention to detail
  • A multi tasker that enjoys the process and supporting to get to the end goal
  • Enjoys bringing others in the office together

What’s on Offer

This role is full time permanent located on site at the Camberwell office. Parking is available on site for free for all staff or you are right next to the train station!

This is a newly created role giving you the opportunity to make it your own

Salary range is between $60,000 – 75,000 + super dependant on relevant years experience
