About the job

We are looking for our next Experienced Recruiter who loves the recruitment industry but needs greater flexibility in their role. Employment Agency Recruiters also typically do well with our structure.

We have taken all the stress out of 360 degree recruitment… if you are from the industry… you know what I mean. We have taken the BD focus off our recruiters because quite frankly… we prefer you fill roles then spend you day smashing out unsolicited calls. We have a dedicated Business Development team that brings in the contracts… you get to focus on filling them.

Our culture

This one is a tough one as all recruitment agencies say they have an amazing culture… a “work hard / play hard” culture…. That’s kind of true for us but better explained this way as our business has evolved over time.
We all have families. We have responsibilities to our families so our support office team are all home between 4 and 5pm daily… cooking dinner, doing homework… cracking a bottle of Vino with our significant others.. and talking to our kids.

We celebrate success every chance we get… but we don’t hit the town together every night….we save that for special occasions and conferences. We are a team….and every placement is celebrated! We base our relationships on being real! No BS and always honesty first. For you… it may be knocking off at 2:45pm to do the school run.

We work in the permanent recruitment… not temp… no after-hours calls or weekend contact required. We have numerous rewards and incentive programs. Covid killed our plans of Fiji last year so this year we travelled to Palm Beach QLD, next year the Whitsundays.
For our 100% work from home / part time roles… we pay a fortnightly retainer and give you access to our full time commission structure. There is no commute, no cold calling, no reference checking and you will receive ongoing administrative support. Typically our consultants earn between $75k and $200+K working 20h/w.

About you

This is not an entry level role. This is not a trainee-ship. We want experienced recruiters who want to be treated like adults, don’t like being micro managed and want to work in an uncapped / unhindered recruitment role. For the Canberra roles, we are open to candidates with solid sales backgrounds but have a desire to break into the recruitment industry but the sales I speak of are business to business sales… not over the counter.

You may be a stay at home parent with a background in Recruitment. You may need greater flexibility such as working 100% from home, selecting what hours you work, working around family commitments but still want to contribute to the family income. You would attend a few weekly meetings via Microsoft Teams, otherwise, your time is yours.

I should also mention that we recruit Australia wide… so non-comps can be side stepped.
