We are currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator for a 24-month fixed term contract to join our team and help us continue to drive results.

This role will work with the wider recruitment team in providing end to end recruitment support from attraction to onboarding and provide administrative support to both our Recruitment Manager and General Manager – Talent.

Your responsibilities will include (but are certainly not limited to):

  • Administration support through the recruitment process including posting adverts, coordinating interviews, reference checks, drafting contracts and collating onboarding paperwork.
  • CRM and database management in the recruitment system (LiveHire), such as creating and updating candidate profiles; and reporting on recruitment metrics etc.
  • Executive administration support to the GM – Talent, scheduling meetings, calendar management etc.
  • Supporting programmes and initiatives such as apprentice and cadet intakes.
  • Actioning all recruitment enquiries received in an efficient manner
  • Assisting in the scheduling/coordination of new starter inductions.

About you 

We want someone who is passionate about recruitment and interested in developing a career in recruitment and/or human resources. The successful candidate will have:

  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisation and coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with an ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally.
  • Confidence working with systems and various software.
  • Experience in prioritising tasks and managing time effectively.
  • A solution focused approach.
  • A flexible and adaptive nature that is willing to support others.
