The role

will work with various stakeholders and teams to develop and deliver integrated campaigns as needed.

 

Please note that this role is a 12  months fixed term full time role based in Elizabeth Street office. We work in a hybrid way, a mixture of working from home and in the office and we offer flexible working

arrangements with lots of benefits.

 

Your Key Focus

 

  • Use customer insights to develop campaign programs to meet business objectives.
  • Support the development and implementation of end-to -end integrated marketing campaigns that clearly articulate project scope, audiences, objectives, message hierarchy, barriers, tactics and channel requirements.
  • Support the design, production and distribution of integrated and consistent communications, advertising, digital and other materials for campaigns.
  • Lead the design, production and delivery of marketing and communication materials against agreed scope of work
  • Deliver integrated marketing communications that support operational developments and launch of new projects including changes to public transport services and new products lead by TfNSW, ensuring audience identification, messaging, channel plans, brand alignment and evaluation /metrics are clearly defined.
  •  Lead the design, production and delivery of marketing and communication materials against agreed scope of work; manage budgets and timelines
  • Manage budgets and timelines for marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of programs of work to ensure delivery on campaign outcomes
  • Engage and collaborate with TfNSW and operator contacts on key projects and initiatives to address business needs
  • Develop and co-ordinate the drafting of campaign Peer Review documents and Cabinet Submissions as required

 

About you

 

  • You will 5+ years of marketing campaign experience within an agency, private sector or government department
  • You are a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the implementation of individual marketing programs and demonstrated experience in digital marketing
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills. Able to proactively collaborate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading the design, production and delivery of marketing materials and managing integrated marketing and advertising campaigns for tangible products.
  • Tertiary qualifications in communications/marketing or demonstrated professional experience
  • Experience with volume campaigns and working with media agencies
  • Understanding of Government Advertising Act would be highly regarded
  • You will have demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are an autonomous operator and have the ability to work independently and contribute effectively in a collaborative team environment whilst maintaining a high level of work ethic
  • Demonstrated ability to think logically, analytically and critically
