The Opportunity

The business is successful multinational company operating in the automotive and I.T. industries with headquarters in Melbourne. The business is looking for a driven individual to join their Finance and Administration team in the role of Sales Order Administrator.

The Challenge

Reporting to the Sales Order Manager, your key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

  • Review and analyse customer proposals and contract trends
  • Partner with the wider business units including Sales, Finance, and the Business Management Group to ensure all customer contracts and related documents are accurate and adhere to relevant standards
  • Process end-to-end customer contracts both in Australia and internationally
  • Ensure financial documentation, proposals and contracts and the databases are regularly updated and maintained
  • Provide all stakeholders with an exceptional customer experience
  • Provide support on ad hoc tasks as requested


The Expertise

Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

  • 1-2 years of administration experience 
  • Hold an understanding of business acumen, in particular, contract administration  
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with various stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work well both within a team and independently
  • Strong time management ability in order to meet concurrent deadlines
  • Proficient in Excel, experience with Pronto is advantageous
