The candidate we are seeking will have an inclusive work nature, ability to motivate and provide assistance leading our dispersed Sales Support team to ensure that our front line Sales personnel are ably supported, ensuring competency across the sales process and helping to ensure that our customer expectations are met.

You are a champion when it comes to building and maintaining trust-based relationships with your fellow employees and Bradken’s customers. You will work closely with your internal stakeholders including Supply Chain, Marketing and Technology, and the Australasian Sales team to broaden knowledge of Bradken operations .
 
With your excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, you will assist in customer contacts and price management, as well as provide appropriate support and assistance to the sales team in the region in preparing costings and quotations. You will assist with tenders and contract documents to ensure the best outcomes for Bradken and customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous experience in sales support and remote team management to join us at an exciting phase of our growth in Bradken. The opportunity within our growing Sales team will offer challenges, new experience and learning across a range of duties within the greater sales team.

Key technical criteria

  • Salesforce experience would be preferred.
  • A proven track record of sales support excellence, demonstrating initiative is essential.
  • Professional experience in Customer Management

This role looks after a remote team and may be based in any of our major Australian hubs; Bassendean, Newcastle, or Brisbane.
