Reclaimed Spaces is a boutique company of highly skilled landscape construction, horticulture and business professionals, who are passionate about sustainability, quality and efficiency. We work with dedication, care and integrity, valuing timely and transparent communication, to successfully partner with our clients to reclaim their space. Where possible, we utilise locally sourced, sustainable plants and materials, to build wetlands, creeks, parks, reserves and residential gardens. We are looking for a Site Supervisor to help us continue to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients in our residential portfolio.

The Landscape Supervisor is responsible for managing residential field operations across three key areas:

  • Project implementation:  successfullyconstructing and maintaining landscapes (i.e. residential properties, small estates and community areas) in accordance with project designs and based on horticultural leading practice.
  • Team management:  bringing energy to work and actively participating to achieve team outcomes; as well as guiding and supervising team members and subcontractors to carry out their duties. 
  • Stakeholder engagement:  serving as the onsite interface between the client, subcontractors and suppliers, and the Reclaimed Spaces team.

  • Competitive salary: including base salary of $80,000 – $90,000, quarterly bonus scheme, vehicle allowance and additional leave entitlements.

  • If you are a skilled tradesperson and leader, who is excited about constructing and maintaining residential landscapes, we want to hear from you. Ideally, you will:

  • Hold a Certificate III in Landscape Construction with 5+ years’ experience
  • Have the ability to read construction plans, as well as knowledge of hard and/ or soft landscapes
  • Possess working knowledge of OH&S principles in the construction industry
  • Have experience in Google Workspace and its associated applications OR have the capability to transfer your skills from comparable software.
  • Be self motivated, with an ability to lead multiple teams and projects
  • Be organised and process-oriented, with excellent priority management skills, including coordinating internal and external resources 
  • Be passionate about the environment
  • Have exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes
  • Pride yourself on being a lifelong learner who is open to giving and receiving feedback to continuously improve ways of working
  • Be able to navigate residential construction sites, performing manual labour (e.g. heavy lifting, operating construction equipment, and exposure to loud noise and the elements).
