Casual Receptionist – Halls Head Dental Group (with View To Perm)

We’re a fun-loving dental practice in the heart of Halls Head, and we’re looking for someone who can keep our patients grinning from ear to ear. If you’re a people person with a passion for teeth, then we want you!

As a Casual Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, greeting them with a warm smile and making them feel at ease. You’ll be responsible for booking appointments, answering phones, and keeping our schedule running smoothly. But most importantly, you’ll be the face of our practice, representing our commitment to quality care and exceptional service.

The successful applicant:

• An empathetic & caring individual who loves to brighten up peoples days!
• Outstanding customer service skills with a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Polite phone manner and a friendly face to face demeanour.
• An ability to multitask when things get busy.
• Scheduling experience – booking appointments, managing records, processing insurance.
• Ideally exposure to “EXACT” dental software.
