Our new Head Chef requires a motivated professional who will excel in a fast paced environment.

So, what does the role look like?

Joining the Head Chef and passionate kitchen team, this unique and highly sought-after opportunity as an experienced Sous Chef will see you work in a fast paced kitchen in a bustling and fun venue. In this role, you will ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service delivery by actively leading and supervising the daily operation of a designated section whilst optimising efficiency and effectiveness in the kitchen. This role will also contribute to the delivery of exceptional food and service by participating in menu changes and creation of new menus, as well as maintaining a very high standard of preparation and presentation of all food.

What you will look like?

You will have demonstrated experience and knowledge of a first-rate kitchen environment in a leadership position where you have optimised the performance of the kitchen through inspiring, engaging and developing others in your team. You will possess excellent cultural awareness, obtained through your involvement with a multicultural/cultural kitchen brigade, and have proven experience in developing training programmes and/or teaching and training junior staff. You will be experienced and have worked through several positions within a commercial kitchen and have a good understanding in the use of technology in the workplace.

You will also possess the relevant Commercial Cookery qualifications as well as your Food Safety Certificate.
