MAYDAY Recruitment is currently looking for a self-driven and competent Trainee Recruitment Consultant to kickstart their career and join one of Australia’s fastest growing Medical Recruitment Agencies.

Main responsibilities include:

• Find and build long-lasting professional relationships with healthcare professionals
• Source, screen, and assess potential candidates
• Managing interviews and presenting suitable candidates
• Writing job ads to be posted on social media and other sourcing platforms
• Collaborating with the compliance team for reference checking and document gathering
• Negotiating and finalising contracts between client and candidate
• Managing applicant tracking systems
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and provide advice
