In this job you will:

As a HR Business Partner at DHL, you’ll overcome daily challenges to ensure our employees are successful in their roles to support our Transport and Warehouse operations.  In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you’ll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grown professionally.  Use your talents to lead a committed team to greatness and drive the future of logistics, using the latest technology

  • Support and be responsible for all HR activities including employee engagement, training, performance management, recruitment, HR reporting, coaching, employee relations, organisational design capability, transformation and change management
  • Ensuring the successful implementation of the HR and Employee strategies
  • Support to Business leaders on all HR related matters
  • Development and review of policies
  • Liaison with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the roll out of local and regional programs and projects

You have the following qualities & qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated experience in leading, influencing, managing and executing HR activities
  • AU ER/IR Knowledge
  • Experience in managing employee disciplinary and grievance matters
  • Experience in EA negotiations
  • The ability to effectively manage multiple priorities at the same time
  • 5 years’ experience in HR/ ER with minimum 3 years’ experience in a HR Business Partner role
