Experis is looking for a Divisional Manager who will be responsible for leading and accelerating the team’s growth and will be accountable for the revenue and profitability of the team whilst continuing to work with key clients and drive new business development to provide high quality service. The role will also be accountable for team management, performance and development.

How will the role look like?  

Team Management

  • Accountable for the overall team delivery of your state GP target
  • Accountable for team management such as performance reviews, weekly reviews, succession planning and recruitment
  • Coach, mentor and develop team members to enable staff to achieve optimum productivity
  • Ensuring Bullhorn database is updated and maintained by Divisional Manager and team to ensure accurate and up to date details of both clients and candidates in adherence with quality systems  

Sales Management

  • Develop & execute sales strategy in line with overall Manpower business development strategy
  • Develop existing business and maintain key client relationship through a variety of business development techniques
  • Generate new business by undertaking business development activities such as client meetings, business development calls, support in the preparation of new client proposals/pricing and implementation of new business wins

Financials and Reporting

  • Monitor cost centre expenses – internal team and client related.
  • Report on Temp and Perm Revenue, Pipelines and Forecasting in line with budget expectations  

Candidate Management

  • Management of the end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to posting of job advertisements screen suitable candidates, interviewing, administer assessments, reference checking and all administrative tasks associated.
  • Ensure all candidates are complaint before they are allocated to an assignment
  • Development of specialised talent pools ensuring Manpower has talent available for future job orders 
  • Onsite management of associates in relation to HSEQ and general candidate care activities.
  • Ensure relevant candidate care practices are followed by your direct consultant team
  • Monitor candidate performance issues and support your direct team in the resolution

Client Management

  • Provide escalation support to all key clients in your relevant state.
  • Accountable for the complete recruitment process with clients including qualifying job specifications, salary information, recording accurate and comprehensive job descriptions and reverse marketing
  • Ensure each recruitment assignment is delivered to budget and to client expectation
  • Ensure contractual obligations and SLAs are met and reporting requirements are provided within relevant timeframes.
  • Development and maintenance of client account management plans

What are we looking for in you?

  • Previous experience as a recruitment team leader
  • Demonstrated experience managing sales and service teams
  • Ability to identify, engage, quote and support new client targets
  • Sales and client relationship management experience.
  •  Ability to lead a team in a sales environment
  • Persuasion & influencing skills
  • Demonstrated relationship building skills
  • High level of commercial acumen
  • Possess specialist industry knowledge & expertise including Award and Market knowledge
