About the Opportunity

Undertake administrative tasks including but not limited to typing of letters/policies, faxing, collecting medical records, telephone calls, mailing, filing, record compilation, calendar bookings, liaison with GPs/Medical Officers to obtain clinical correspondence, travel/vehicle applications and bookings, data entry and filing, producing reports and correspondence to internal and external stakeholders.

Assist with workforce matters including rostering, recruitment, leave and booking/requesting casual staff for Unit.

Undertake office administration and management, maintainng and ordering stock, stationery, and other supplies.

Provide administrative assistance to meetings, including scheduling, agenda and document colation, and minute creation and dissemination.

Assist with scheduling and administartion of education and in-service sessions
