Qualifications

To be successful you will need to have:

• Previous retail experience within the cosmetics/retail industry, with products requiring specialist knowledge and demonstration-based sales techniques
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Impeccable grooming with a professional demeanour and stylist appearance
• Tracking and driving sales and service goals in line with company expectations
• Understanding of ultra-premium luxury standards and an interest in fashion trends
• A pro-active approach with sales and customers
• Positive attitude, optimistic nature and eager to learn
• Excellent command of the English language and speaking a second language would be advantageous
• Experience in, Fragrance and Retail Sales will be highly regarded
