About the Job Role
As a Store Manager at Midland Gate, you will join a fun and upbeat retail environment, with solid support and guidance from a stable retail brand. Mentor and develop your ASM and Sales team with a hands-on approach, driving them to achieve success in a warm and friendly environment. You will work a set roster of Tuesday to Saturday with a bonus long weekend on offer every month. Brilliant for those retailers looking for a work/life balance. 

What you will need:

• Management experience in a fast paced environment
• Strong visual merchandising skills
• Passion to lead and inspire your team to achieve kpi’s
• Stock control within a large stock volume retail space 
• Passion for customer service
