About the role

Our Front Office Supervisor at The Star Grand Hotel and Residences will oversee the Front Office Operations permanently overnights.

Key responsibilities in the role are but not limited to:

  • Leading, motivating and engaging our Front Office Agents to continuously deliver five-star service in line with The Star’s Service Culture
  • Ensuring the professional and efficient operations of the Front Office team
  • Ability to work independently and respond quickly to guest requests 
  • Responding to guest feedback and implementing changes to prevent reoccurrence
  • About You

    Highly passionate about guest experience? The successful candidate will be a hospitality professional who enjoys daily interaction with a goal to achieve guest service excellence every day.

  • Previous duty manager/supervisory experience in hotel/hospitality environment is advantageous but not essential
  • Knowledge in Opera Property Management System (PMS) or similar
  • Ability to work independently and take actions on guest requests appropriately
  • Second language ( Mandarin or Cantonese) is advantageous
  • Encourage a positive working relationship between departments & team
