A great opportunity for a Part Time Handyman/Gardner to maintain the cleanliness of our extremely busy warehouse located at Casula.

This role would suit local person with general maintenance skills. Need ability to lift and complete manual work. 

Hours of work              Permanent part time 4 days per week 7am to 3pm

Annual Rate of Pay      $46,000.00 p/a

Job Description

You will perform general maintenance tasks, undertake minor handyman duties and assist in the maintenance of plant, lawn and gardens. You will clean and maintain areas both outside and inside the facility as well as prepare and use cleaning chemicals.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain cleanliness of warehouse/ car park
2. Moving used pallets
3. Identify and report major repairs or maintenance
4. Perform routine landscaping of grounds
5. General garden maintenance
6. Water pressure cleaning outdoor areas
7. Keep all outdoor areas clean and tidy
8. Minor Internal and external maintenance work
9. Work independently without supervision
10. Punctuality and work commitment a necessity
11. Follow company policy and procedures
12. Any ad hoc duties as required including but not limited to using your skill set within another division/department.
