Our Opportunity

We are looking to build on our existing team with an experienced Warehouse Officer to provide logistical support to our key telecommunications projects. Based in Netley, the successful applicant will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring operations are managed to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders.

  • Identifying potential workplace hazards and implementing preventative and/or corrective measures.

  • Ensuring facilities, equipment and services are effectively maintained.

  • Developing and implementing enhanced policies, processes and procedures that best align with company project goals and objectives.

  • Accurately producing internal and external reports.

  • Developing and implementing strategies to minimise total warehousing cost structures.

  • Ensuring that all inventory, equipment and any other items warehoused are kept secure.

  • Managing stock-takes, including the development of stock-taking procedures.

  • Managing and monitoring inventory and equipment dispatches and receive goods in line with FH standards.

  • Demonstrating positive and effective personnel management of the warehousing team in accordance with Fulton Hogan’s Company Real Values and Behaviours (where applicable).

How you will connect to the role

  • Previous experience in a similar role (telecommunications sector preferred).

  • Intermediate computer skills including knowledge and operation of WMS systems.

  • Forklift license & White Card.

  • Affinity for continuous improvement and innovation, applying learnings to ‘real world’ project delivery environments.
