About The Role

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor to join the Spence Doors team based in Cheltenham. This role is based on site, an immediate start is available.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Ensuring that the Warehouse and Logistics team deliver our products to the customer in full and on time.
  • Coordinate all day-to-day activities of the team from receiving, warehousing through to delivery of our finished goods.
  • Ensure that our finished goods are being stored safely.
  • Ensure that the correct goods are delivered to the customer on time.
  • Ensure preventative maintenance tasks are completed.
  • Assist with managing our quality control standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement culture within the Logistics and Warehouse team.
  • About you

  • 3-4 years’ experience as a Logistics and/or Warehouse Supervisor in the manufacturing industry.
  • Experience in supervising a small team. 
  • A proven track record of going the extra mile to exceed customer expectations. 
  • Ability to foster positive relationships in all interactions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (including written, verbal, and interpersonal) and influence outcomes, including conflict resolution.
  • Demonstrate a high level of problem solving, adapting to varying needs and requests.
  • Ability to identify and manage risks before they arise.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft office suite.
