The role

This Government Department is seeking an experienced Executive Administration Officer to provide executive support to provide high-level l support to the Directors by managing complex email and calendar requirements and coordinating workflow.

It is a contract role though to end of June 2023 with possible extensions.

Accountabilities

• Diary management, meeting coordination, and compilation of meeting papers.
• Maintain information and records using departmental administrative support systems and procedures for electronic filing, tracking and actioning correspondence
• Prepare reports and correspondence ensuring compliance with organisational requirements
• Providing support for stakeholder meetings, including meeting coordination, secretariat services, coordinating papers, organising venues, catering, agendas, minute taking and travel and accommodation arrangements

Required

• Experience in providing administrative and executive support
• Government experience – highly regarded
• Experience in delivering a range of executive and business support functions.
• Proven skills in Lotus Notes, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in managing of high volumes of correspondence, briefs, and reports

Victorian Government policies require all candidate to have two doses of COVID vaccine plus the booster as per ATAGI guidelines
