HR Generalist

Position summary:

A great opportunity to work for a global company who is an advocate for sustainability, by investing in renewables, through trading and other investment opportunities.

Our client is looking for an HR generalist on a 12 FTC to focus on broad employee lifecycle activities with a focus on operations, policy’s procedures along with talent management.

CBD location

Key responsibilities:

  • End to end employee lifecycle, from recruitment, payroll (outsourced) & policies and procedures.
  • Talent Management – assist in design of graduate program & L&D
  • Ad hoc projects – implementing a new HRIS
  • HR Generalist activities

Requirements:

  • 2-3 Years experience in a true HR Generalist role, exposure to all facets of HR.
  • Knowledge of payroll – outsourced
  • Ability to work autonomously in a close-knit team environment
