Rail Projects Victoria (RPV) is the Victorian Government body responsible for the delivery of the Metro Tunnel Project, Regional Rail Revival, Melbourne Airport Rail and the Western Rail Plan including fast rail between key regional cities and Melbourne.

About the role
The HR Services Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the HR Services department. This person will coordinate the HR services processes, procedures, and programs and will support the broader People and Performance team by coordinating new starter onboarding/offboarding, reporting and analytics, general employee enquiries and the HR Inbox. This role will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across the organisation to ensure a great people experience for all team members and employees.
About you
You will have experience working in a HR services function supporting the wider HR team and employee queries. This role will suit someone who is organized and efficient working in a fast paced service led team. If you’ve had exposure to people and payrolls systems and experience managing employee lifecycle documentation then you should apply.
