As the Ecommerce and Digital Manager you’ll be confident dealing with major department store retailers as well as a proven track record working in the beauty and luxury space in an Ecommerce and Digital Manager role. You’re an expert in building relationships and thrive in a fast-paced environment within a small, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all back-end day-to-day operations and processes of the website
  • Prepare the e-commerce budget
  • Work with regional and global teams to launch new website initiatives that enhance the user experience and user engagement, such as online diagnostic tools
  • Ensure that all inventory for online promotions are accurate and sufficient prior to any online promotions commencing
  • Work collaboratively with global and regional teams to ensure website is performing at an optimal standard and that website is maximized with appropriate assets available
  • Prepare daily sales and topline weekly snapshots
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly and yearly digital marketing KPI and round up reports as required by global, regional and local using Google Analytics and ecommerce sales information
  • Track and update monthly digital marketing calendar, sharing updates with internal team
  • Pro-actively develop new content as needed, e.g. special events, occasions
  • Work closely and pro-actively with the digital agency to initiate, plan, drive and manage all online paid search, online display advertising and paid social media campaigns
  • Work with all retail partner e-marketing teams to develop brand appropriate and effective digital strategy
  • About You

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar Ecommerce & Digital Manager role
  • Exposure working with major retailers, department stores
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • MS Office – Skilled in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Google Suite
  • Skilled with Google Analytics, Google, SEO, SEM
  • Experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and platforms such as Selligent
  • Experience working with international regions
  • Mature minded and process driven
