Digital Business Analyst – Caboolture Hospital Redevelopment

Job Description

Our client is seeking to engage a Digital Business Analyst who will contribute to key project elements associated with the delivery of the digital scope within the Caboolture Hospital Redevelopment Project (CHRP), with a specific focus on digital commissioning activities.

This is an initial contract till 31 October 2023 with a potential 2-month extension, based at Caboolture Hospital.

The successful applicant will carry out the following key accountabilities:

  • Assist with delivery of project activities related to Digital commissioning to fixed delivery timeframes.
  • Establish and manage the commissioning activities for Group 3 Systems End User Devices, Workstation On Wheels (WoWs) and Multifunction Devices (MFDs).
  • Oversee the delivery of the ‘Adhoc Testing Team’ that will complete the EUD systems and applications.
  • Manage the delivery of key digital works ensuring relevant financial, governance, assurance, benefits management, lessons learned, risk and issue management, change management and performance management are applied throughout the digital delivery.
  • Contribute to the identification and management of digital project risks, and issues by developing timely and relevant written submissions, briefs, presentations and information papers.
  • Manage, monitor, and report on program progress and implement best practice guidelines to ensure consistent and quality outcomes are achieved.
  • Assist with implementing and maintaining adequate systems, processes, registers, records and internal controls to effectively manage, monitor and report on the status of the project milestones and deliverables.
  • Initiate, influence and maintain relationships with and between key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally and facilitate effective communication channels to promote the successful delivery of projects including feedback and mechanisms and management of expectations.
  • Participate as self-motivated, highly organised and effective team member and work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholder groups to achieve the program outcomes.
  • Actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, workplace health and safety and ethical behaviour.
  • Follow defined service quality standards, occupational health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe services, and workplaces.
