Old Wharf Restaurant tells the story of industry in Tasmania, capturing the tough life of the early industrial pioneers in mining, whaling, fishing, boat building and farming. Our contemporary and open-style kitchen serves locally sourced ingredients in a menu that hinges on Tasmania’s pure produce and latest catch.

We are looking for hospitality professionals to join our team. In joining the team, you will be most appreciated for your genuine care and passion for food and beverage. Your attentiveness, knowledge and thoughtful personality will see you fitting into our team perfectly, and providing our guests with memorable guest experiences.

To be considered for a position, you will have;

• A flexible approach to rostering requirements,
• Practical restaurant experience,
• The desire to positively contribute to a strong team culture, and
• Your RSA certificate.
