The Role
As an Assistant Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing your team in a luxury environment alongside your Boutique Manager, through the achievement of KPIs, store targets and customer relationship management. You will be an ambassador of the brand and encompass the company’s values both internally and externally. 

Skills & Experience
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have come from a fashion retail management background, luxury retail experience is preferred but not essential. You will have extensive experience in managing and leading teams to success and have exceptional customer service skills.
