As the Administrative Officer in People and Culture, you’ll:

  • Provide administrative support to the Director of People and Culture (diary management preparing documents)
  • Assist with Curtin’s monthly induction programme ‘Welcome to Curtin’
  • Raise purchase orders, ordering and maintaining office supplies, tracking assets within the branch General administrative duties such as photocopying, printing, updating records
  • Cultural awareness, discretion, and integrity when handling matters of a sensitive nature and problem solving to reach workable solutions will be key to your success. If you consider yourself a proactive professional with outstanding interpersonal and organisation skills, have experience in a similar role where the focus was on attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you.
