About the role  

In this role you, will partner predominantly with our General manages and senior home staff across Australia to provide high volume, end-to-end recruitment support for all residential aged care-based roles.

We are seeking an individual who is capable of working in a fast-paced environment with headhunting / sourcing skills and the ability to build exceptional talent pools. You will be able to think outside the box and navigate your way to deliver excellent service.

Our Talent Acquisition Business Partner position is based at our national head office in Camberwell Victoria, however flexible hybrid working is available. 

What’s involved  

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment within the allocated portfolio 
  • Using your creativity to source candidates, including using a variety of platforms such as Campaigns, Seek Premium Talent Search and LinkedIn Recruiter 
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and Regional General Managers across the portfolio 
  • Provide coaching and expert advice on the recruitment process and strategy when required 
  • Manage candidate engagement and talent pools 
  • Provide ongoing clear communication and status updates to hiring managers. 
  • You’ll need  

  • Strong end-to-end recruitment experience ideally within the Australian market 
  • Proven ability to have a creative approach to source and build talent pool for roles that are critical 
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal to communicate effectively to internal and external stakeholders of all levels of the organisation 
  • High attention to detail with a hands-on approach and willingness to assist others
