The role
This role will see you work with the internal sales and development teams on the marketing of the residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects they are delivering as well as corporate marketing for the company. Key responsibilities will include:

• Work Communications Manager to Coordinate Corporate Marketing
• Develop, & Maintain Social Media Strategy
• PR, Communications, & Content Creation
• Strategise Launch Campaigns for Projects with Development/Sales Teams
• Devise Project Marketing Plans for Launches & Ongoing Marketing Strategy

Skills & experience
It is essential that the successful candidate possess experience in project marketing and corporate marketing in the development industry. Other requirements include:

• Strong Knowledge of Marketing, & PR & Agency Management
• Experience Creating Digital Content with a Grasp of Digital Platforms
• A Creative & Innovative Flair to Identify Unique Marketing Strategies
• Strong Project Management Skills
• Strategic Thinking on Brand Strategies & Marketing Plans
