About the role

As a Store Leader, you will lead and motivate a team to deliver great customer and sales experiences. Guided by a fantastic Area Manager and leading a lively team dynamic, you’ll be empowered to take your experience to the next level by:

• Leading your own strategic development and day-to-day operations within the store,
• Drive sales and marketing objectives,
• Equip your team with guided coaching and mentoring to achieve team targets
• Assist customers in redefining their curiosity into partnerships using your passion for technology to create innovative and customised solutions.

This role is Full Time and will be based in our Sunshine Coast stores.

About you!

Our Store Leaders have a genuine curiosity about people and their story. Your curiosity about identifying solutions that are unique to each customer will be key and you’ll lead your store/team to deliver results.

You will set the benchmark with ongoing training, strong target results and a desire to lead a successful team to achieve results. You will be encouraged to look at the bigger picture and join us on our journey moving beyond telco into a home and business solution retailer.

As a confident communicator who builds relationships with ease, you’ll showcase previous experience such as:

• Top performing personal Sales results,
• Discernment (planning, marketing, networking and business development),
• Coaching and mentoring (achieving Sales targets and business critical metrics),
• Passion for staying up to date with the latest technology and changing market,
• Flexibility and adaptability, and
• Ability to lead multiple facets of a business to achieve operational excellence.
