A rare opportunity has opened up for a Recruitment Manager to join our team, which can offer endless opportunities for growth and success all round.

The Role

This position is ideal for an experienced recruiter within a management or leadership role.

Your role will see you take over day to day management of JRM’s permanent recruitment team, clients and accounts. From day 1 you will be given your own ‘hot desk’ to run with a multitude of fillable roles and exceptional commission structure. For the successful candidate a guaranteed commission period can be negotiated.

Managing a small team of experienced recruiters, you will initiate success plans to motivate, train and grow the team to new heights!

Working closely with the Managing Director and Operations Manager, you will attend weekly management meetings to analyse financials, targets and plan the business growth.

About You

You’re an experienced recruiter, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership role and still have a passion for day-to-day recruitment.

Experience in the Hospitality Industry would be valuable, but not essential. Alongside this, you will have a well-established, long-term client and candidate relationship with an excellent knowledge of your industry.

As an established leader you will take ownership of your department, which can offer endless opportunities for growth and success all round. You will bring your proven business strategies and knowledge to grow the business for continued success.
