About Our Client

My client is a NFP organisation based in the CBD, they are one of the largest corporations of their speciality with a mission to implement social and community development solutions across regional and metro WA.

With many strategic project implementations in the pipeline there is a new opportunity for a HR Generalist to join a bubbly office and learn from a well experienced HR leader.

Job Description

• End to end recruitment; low volume.
• Partnering with team leads and managers to address workforce requirements.
• Managing adhoc ER processes.
• Take a proactive approach to increasing employee engagement through EVP projects.
• HR Administration.
• Respond to all incoming HR queries in a timely manner.

The Successful Applicant

• Experience in NFP is highly desirable.
• Qualification in HR or relevant field.
• 3 -5 years experience in Human Resources.
• Ability to liaise with senior and junior stakeholders alike.
